Shimano Baitrunner 4000 OC Spinning Reel (SHOW FLOOR DISPLAY MODEL)

This reel was a Display model on the Show Floor. The reel has never been fished, just touched by customers.

Shimano Baitrunner OC delivers classic live-bait performance paired with modern engineering. Purpose-built as an accessible, heavy-duty saltwater reel, the OC incorporates Shimano’s legendary Baitrunner system—a secondary drag mechanism that lets live bait swim naturally with zero line tension while your bail stays closed. The second you turn the handle or flip the lever, the primary front drag engages to set the hook and take command of the fight.

Constructed with a heavy-duty XT-7 frame, cold-forged aluminum spool, and Varispeed Oscillation, the Baitrunner OC ensures uniform line lay for longer, smoother casts and fewer wind knots. Equipped with Dyna-Balance to eliminate wobble during the retrieve and Shielded Stainless Steel Bearings, this reel is built to handle heavy saltwater exposure season after season.
