We can ship to any Country in the World.

All shipments are thru USPS Priority Mail.

FREE SHIPPING at Canal Bait and Tackle

When it comes to Free Shipping we use USPS Priority Mail. Priority Mail is very efficient and trustworthy. Priority usually takes 1-5 Business days, to reach its destination.

If you need something faster than Priority Mail Shipping, then you need to contact me and there will be an additional charge.

All orders received before Noon Eastern Time/Monday-Friday will be shipped on the same business day. If for any reason this is not the case, we will contact you immediately.

Returns Policy

The buyer may return unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of OUR error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund within 1 week. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (1 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days)

Reel Returns

If you wish to return a reel, the box must be UNOPENED and the reel cannot be used. I will gladly refund any order, if it doesn't meet your standard. But, if you try returning a reel and I find that the reel box is OPENED and the reel is used. I will laugh at your return and not issue a refund. It is an a**hole move to buy a brand new reel, use it and then decide you don't like it. We are a small business that is trying to make everyone happy.
