How to Use This Product
To spool your fishing reel using the Ande 1/4-lb Spool, mount the spool securely on a line spooler or pencil to allow it to rotate freely, ensuring the line feeds off in the correct rotational direction to prevent twist. Tie your line directly to the reel arbor using an arbor knot, maintain steady tension by holding the line with a damp cloth, and wind the handle smoothly until the spool is filled to the optimal capacity (leaving a small gap below the rim). Once spooled, pair it with your favorite terminal tackle or leader for a reliable, high-performance setup on the water.
