Freshwater Cape /Main Land:  Two guys today went to Peters Pond and were using 1oz Kastmasters. They ended up catching a lot of nice Salmon. They said they casted as far as possible and retrieved the lure with a snapping motion. 

Cape Cod Bay: Some boats are going out and catching a lot of Haddock and Pollack out by the Fishing Ledge (right in the middle of the Bay). Use heavy silver jigs, especially one that have a Glow in the Dark paint finish.
